questions about your credit reference file must be asked of the credit reference agency
which provided you with your file using the contact details they provide with your credit
report. if you have been refused credit you must ask the company that made the decision.
We cannot answer any questions about your own credit status or explain the lenders
decision.
We handle a large number of enquires and we cannot
therefore reply to any question which is already answered in our FAQ area.
