Status Reports
Corporate credit data includes full details of directors with names and addresses and
previous and current other directorships, principle shareholders, business operations,
official registered office address and trading address, and how long the company has been
in existence. A credit report will usually include a credit status rating, this will be
based on how new or old the the business is, the financial strength of the company and
whether there are any known adverse data recorded. In the case of Limited companies,
notice of Winding Up, Liquidation or Receivership, or Striking Off action by Companies
House is shown.
Consumer Credit
Checks
A consumer credit report is available on most UK adults in
the United Kingdom. A typical consumer credit report includes the subjects name and
address, and any previous known addresses. County Court records for CCJs, and any
bankruptcy is also shown. Details of loans and finance and how promptly these are being
paid, and a credit risk score may also be included. |
